Join the DC Ross Club in celebrating the annual Worldwide Club Day (WCD) event on Thursday, October 29th at 6:30pm. WCD seeks to engage the global network of alumni clubs and strengthen alumni ties to the Ross School of Business. This year, the Ross School is sending faculty out all over the world to talk about their research and give an update on the school. We hope you can participate in this night of knowledge and networking.
This year’s DC WCD event is being held at the Waterview Conference Center on the top floor of the 24-story Corporate Executive Board building in Rosslyn, Virginia. There will be plenty of refreshments, a cash bar, and a stunning view, not to mention the networking opportunities!
We're very excited that Dr. David Canter, Director of Healthcare Research at the William Davidson Institute (WDI), will join us as this year’s guest speaker.* Dr. Canter joined the staff of the WDI in December 2008 and is leading a new initiative studying how healthcare related businesses evolve in developing countries and what factors hinder or help their development. His talk is entitled "Mastery: A new model for health care management in a developing country."

$15/per person ($5 for students) includes light hors d’oeuvres and beverages. There will also be a cash bar.

Location
The Waterview Conference Center is located at 1919 North Lynn Street in Rosslyn, Virginia. A WCD greeter will escort you from the lobby to the Waterview Conference Center elevators.
Parking
The parking garage for the Waterview Conference Center is located at the corner of North Lynn Street and 19th Street. The main entrance is on 19th Street to the right of the Hotel Palomar entrance. In the garage, take the elevators labeled “Office Elevators,” located towards the back of the garage to Level 1, and a WCD greeter will escort you to the Waterview Conference Center elevators.
Public Transportation (Metro)
Orange/Blue Lines: Take the orange or blue lines to the Rosslyn station, and exit the east side on North Moore.
- Turn left and walk toward 19th Street.
- Cross to the other side of 19th Street North.
- Turn right and walk one block to North Lynn Street.
- Cross North Lynn Street.
- 1919 North Lynn Street is the last building before the Key Bridge.
